A student conference is an event where employers highlight various in-demand careers through hands-on activities such as workshops, panel presentations, demos, and expo networking. This course will teach you the skills needed to plan and coordinate a large career education event for students at a regional level, but can be customized for districts and even individual schools. Modules will focus on behind the scene planning, liability prevention, recruitment, day of event flow, and the importance of recap and follow-up.
